Delivery


Delivery times
In general, tickets for MotoGP races are available only 2-3 weeks prior to the event. This means that in most cases Goto will not be able to ship the tickets to you any sooner than approximately 7-10 days ahead of the race. If this interferes with your travelling plans, please notify Goto and he will try to make alternate arrangements in time.

Delivery service
Goto ships all his tickets with UPS express service.
Next day delivery is assured for most parts of the UK and Western Europe. For the Channel Islands the rest of Europe and the US/Canada it takes two working days. All other destinations take between 3-5 working days. These times are indications and no rights can be reserved on the basis of this. 

Please be aware that UPS delivers during office hours and that someone, not necessarily you, needs to sign for the tickets. Therefore Goto recommends you to use your office address as the delivery address for your order.

As
soon as the shipment of your tickets is prepared, you will receive an email by UPS with the airway bill number. With this number you can track the package from the UPS website and check the transport status of your tickets. A link is also included in the notification email.

Delivery address
In case you want to have your tickets delivered at a location other than the address filled out with your order, you can always change the delivery address until about 2-4 weeks prior to the race. It is your responsibility to notify Goto in advance of a necessary change of the delivery address, for example in case of travelling or moving plans.


Please be aware that a pick up at the gate is not possible at most circuits.

Delivery cost
Depending on the location where you want to receive the tickets, the costs are between 17 and 27 Euro per shipment. In your basket you can check your shipping fee by selecting the country. 

Payment


Goto Tickets accepts payment by credit card, Paypal, Maestro and bank transfer. Please find below a more extended explanation of the payment options we offer in our online ticketshop.

Online payments
The following online payment methods are accepted in Goto's ticket shop: credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Diners, American Express), Paypal and Maestro.

Using your credit card / Maestro or Paypal account is easy. In the payment selection screen you select the payment option of your preference. The billing address should be the address where you receive your (credit card) statement. After you have checked your order you will be taken to the payment interface. This interface is hosted by Ogone. In Ogone you will need to enter the required details to complete your payment. All necessary information is explained in the Ogone screen.

We us a secure server for all payments so the chance of (credit card) fraud is minimised. For further information on security and privacy please read our Security and Privacy section.

Offline payment
If you do not own a credit card or if you would rather not use it online we do also offer the possibility of payment by bank transfer. Just complete your order and select the bank transfer option in the payment selection screen. We will then send you payment instructions by email. From the moment you send in your order we will reserve your tickets for 8 (business) days. Failure to transfer the amount to our account in that time frame will result in the order being cancelled without notice.
 
 
Bank payment
If you do not hold a credit card or if you would rather not use it on line, Goto also offers the possibility to pay for your tickets by making a bank transfer to us. Just complete your order on the website and select the bank transfer option in the payment selection screen. Within 24 hours after ordering on the website, Goto will send an invoice to the billing address as well as instructions on how to transfer the amount concerned with your order. From the moment you send in your order, Goto will reserve your tickets for 8 (business) days. Failure to transfer the amount to our account in that time frame will result in the order being cancelled without notice.

Please know that apart from filling out a bank transfer form you can also use a cheque to transfer the amount concerned with your bank order to Goto.

As soon as you are redirected to our payment service, our SSL software encrypts all your personal information including credit card number, name and address. Email Privacy Policy
Goto Tickets will only send emails to those who requested information for this event on our website or as part of an ongoing relationship we have with an individual or business. With each Goto Tickets communication you will have the opportunity to opt out (unsubscribe) of future updates by clicking on an unsubscribe link or by following unsubscribe instructions within the communication. Requests submitted through one of these methods are processed and effective within the next 24 hours.
